Chief Executive Officer

Jeff is a career business leader, responsible for setting the long term vision for CLEANCOR and leading execution. Prior to joining CLEANCOR, he was co-founder, President and CEO of Northville Natural Gas LLC, a developer of natural gas vehicle fueling infrastructure. His background is in business leadership, including corporate strategy, business building, strategic M&A activity and performance improvement. From 2005-2011 he worked for JPMorgan Chase, holding directorial roles including Chief Financial Officer of J.P. Morgan’s Global Investment Banking business, and Head of Corporate Strategy for JPMorgan Chase. Prior to 2005, Jeff was an Associate Principal with McKinsey & Company in San Francisco, London and New York, and C.P.A. with Price Waterhouse in New York. Jeff is also a military veteran, having served an enlistment in the U.S. Air Force and being honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant.

Mark is responsible for ensuring safe and reliable liquified natural gas (LNG) and compressed natural gas (CNG) supplies to our customers, including managing the field service team and overseeing operation of all CLEANCOR equipment.

As an experienced construction and general contractor, Mark is instrumental in designing technical solutions for CLEANCOR customers making the switch from diesel, recycled fuel oil and propane to LNG or CNG.

Prior to joining CLEANCOR, Mark was co-Founder and Managing Partner of GreenFix America, a company specializing in off-road, on-road and virtual pipeline CNG and LNG equipment for municipal and private customers in California.

Scott leads the commercial activity for CLEANCOR’s LNG distribution business, including marketing, sales and business development for virtual pipeline and fleet fueling.

Prior to joining CLEANCOR, Scott was Vice President of Sales for Applied LNG Technologies, a merchant liquefaction production platform with natural gas fuel sales of more than 30 million LNG gallons annually.

Scott is an environmentally focused individual whose understanding of the relationship between fuel choices and quality of life has led to regulatory change.

In 2007, Scott successfully lobbied for changes in the shore power/Cold Ironing regulation passed by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) to reduce emissions from ocean going vessels calling at ports in California.

His scientific background in chemistry and industrial fuel applications allied to his environmental knowledge, makes Scott frequently in demand as a conference speaker.

Vice President, Pipeline Resiliency Group

Mark Bedford serves as Vice President of CLEANCOR’s Pipeline Resiliency Group. In this role, he is responsible for marketing, securing commercial opportunities, and executing on-site pipeline resiliency projects.

He joined CLEANCOR in 2019, prior to which he was President of Weatherford International’s (WDI) land drilling business until 2017. Mark has over 35 years experience in the international contract drilling industry, both onshore and offshore.

Mark brings a strong operational background as well as a highly developed strategic, commercial, and business development skillset to CLEANCOR. He is committed to effective target setting and using measurement as a means to deliver operational performance improvements. He ensures the highest standards of safety performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Brian Fowkes

Brian Fowkes

Vice President, Sales & Business Development

Brian Fowkes is the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for CLEANCOR. He is working to grow the business across several verticals, which include mining, remote power generation, oilfield, agriculture, vehicle fueling, asphalt, and pipeline infrastructure. Brian joins CLEANCOR with 24 years in the energy and service sector working for Schlumberger, Weatherford International, Calfrac Well Services, IHS Markit, and Stabilis Energy with increasing levels of responsibility in engineering, operations, sales, and management. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration, and the Project Management Institute. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering with a focus in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and has attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology’s continuing education program in Management.
