Technical Services:
- CLEANCOR technical staff on site 24 hours per day
The project, planned two (2) months in advance, was anticipated to last a total of two (2) days and required LNG supply of a maximum of 150 thousand cubic feet per hour (150 MCFH), with an average daily demand of 2,100 MCFD.
CLEANCOR deployed two (2) high-pressure queen storage units with a total capacity of 32,000 LNG gallons of storage, with two (2) additional LNG transfer trailers at a staging location outside the facility used as refueling units to meet the daily volume demand. CLEANCOR supplied a fully redundant vaporization/regasification system complete with a triple switching Ambient Vaporizer and a Water Bath Vaporizer for full triple redundancy in vaporization capacity.
CLEANCOR successfully provided a consistent flow rate at the requested pressure of 80 pounds per square inch (PSI) at the inlet for the duration of the project. CLEANCOR’s technical staff members were on site 24 hours a day monitoring flow rates and receiving refueling deliveries until service to the area was restored.
The LNG equipment package used at this location is owned and operated by CLEANCOR and maintained by a local CLEANCOR technical team member. All permitting and first responder training was completed by a CLEANCOR technical team member.
